We offer complete rental packages that include all of the necessary items to create themed settings. Our team is responsible for both setting up and breaking down the rental packages, so our clients don’t have to worry about a thing. Additionally, we do not offer any pick-up or shipping services as we want to make sure that the setup looks exactly as we and the client envisioned it.

How It Works

Are you looking for a quote for your upcoming event? We would love to help you out, but in order to do that we need some information. Please tell us the theme, town and date of your event so that we can provide you with an accurate quote. If you are not sure what theme you would like, please schedule a call and we can discuss different options.

After you inquire about our services, we’ll send you an initial estimate. We strive to provide you with this initial quote within three business days, so that you can make an informed decision about the project. Our estimates will include an overview of the scope of the project, and an itemized list of any additional costs that may be incurred. We want to make sure that you understand the full scope of the project before any work begins.

We are excited to have the opportunity to work with you and make your party a success. In order to begin the process of party rental, we require a deposit payment and for you to accept the terms of our party rental contract. To make the deposit payment, a link will be sent via FRESHBOOKS. Along with this link, a copy of the Party Rental Contract will be provided for you to review.

It’s time to get the party started! After all the hard work of planning, organizing, and prepping, you can finally rest easy knowing that all the details have been taken care of and your big event is officially booked. Now, all that remains is to ensure that your guests have an enjoyable time and that the event itself is a success. With everything finalized, it’s time to start looking forward to a memorable experience that your guests won’t soon forget.

How Long does it take to set up and break down?
Our work team is composed of two or three people who collaborate on the setup of a picnic or sleepover. This process typically takes us up to four hours, and then we need an additional hour and a half for disassembly. Nevertheless, there are some special scenarios where the setup can take longer than expected.
What is the price?
Prices vary depending on the theme you choose from our selection of settings. Our premium themed settings include a number of props, string lights, throw pillows, and other decorations that are reflected in the cost. Depending on the size and complexity of your event, our prices may differ to ensure you get the perfect setting to make your event extraordinary.
